Dallas Cowboys impending free-agent WR Brandin Cooks said that he is looking forward to entering free agency for the first time in his 10-year NFL career but he is also open to returning to Dallas, as long as he feels they plan to use him properly. ‘I don’t think they fully used me to my strengths,’ Cooks told The Exhibit’s Josina Anderson.
