Washington Commanders WR Jamison Crowder (calf) and DE Clelin Ferrell (knee) did not participate in practice Friday, Sept. 27, and have been ruled out for Week 4. OG Samuel Cosmi (Achilles), CB Emmanuel Forbes (thumb), S Quan Martin (elbow), DT Jer’Zhan Newton (foot) and CB Benjamin St-Juste (chest) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.
