Washington Commanders RB Chris Rodriguez Jr. spent a month and a half in Atlanta this offseason working to become faster and lighter, while focusing on strength and mobility training. Rodriguez shed weight, dropping to 222 pounds. He also worked on a program to improve his pass catching and route running. ‘I like his fight,’ head coach Dan Quinn said. ‘I like that he really worked hard to change his body, and those are things that, when people continue to show you that, then you pay attention.’
