The Indianapolis Colts will elevate QB Philip Rivers from their practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Dec. 13, and he will start Week 15’s game versus the Seattle Seahawks, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Tom Pelissero and Mike Garafolo.
