The Indianapolis Colts signed DE Kameron Cline to the 53-man roster from their practice squad Saturday, Dec. 31, and elevated WR Keke Coutee and LB Segun Olubi to the active roster from the practice squad. In addition, DE Yannick Ngakoue (throat) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list.
