Kansas City Chiefs CB Keith Taylor was promoted from the practice squad to the active roster on Tuesday, Oct. 22. In addition, CB Jaylen Watson (ankle) was placed on injured reserve and free-agent QB Chris Oladokun and WR Cornell Powell were signed to the practice squad.
