Los Angeles Chargers DB Deane Leonard (hamstring) was activated off injured reserve on Monday, Nov. 25. Also, TE Hayden Hurst (hip) was placed on IR, CB Eli Apple was promoted from the practice squad to the active roster, S AJ Finley was waived and S Tony Jefferson and LB Caleb Murphy were elevated from the practice squad for Week 12.
