Los Angeles Chargers CB Cam Hart (shoulder) underwent surgery in January to repair a torn labrum he suffered during the team’s Wild Card loss to the Houston Texans. Hart, who has not been medically cleared to return, expects to be back on the field for mandatory minicamp, which begins June 10.
