Los Angeles Chargers WR Brenden Rice looks to be ‘on the bubble,’ in the opinion of ESPN’s Kris Rhim, who notes that Rice played just nine snaps during the preseason opener against the Detroit Lions, which was the fewest of the team’s receivers.
