Los Angeles Chargers QB Justin Herbert (hand) has not taken any snaps under center during practice this week, according to head coach Jim Harbaugh, who added that he has been participating in 7-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills. Harbaugh remains optimistic that Herbert will be able to play in Week 14’s game versus the Philadelphia Eagles.
