Cleveland Browns RB Quinshon Judkins (ankle, fibula) should be able to participate in the team’s offseason workouts in ‘some form or fashion’, general manager Andrew Berry said at the league meetings in Phoenix. The GM added that Judkins should be a full-go for training camp.
