Cleveland Browns DE Michael Hall Jr. will make his NFL debut in Week 6’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles, according to head coach Kevin Stefanski. He had been suspended by the National Football League for the first five games of the regular season after violating the league’s personal conduct policy.
