Updating an earlier report, Cleveland Browns WR Cedric Tillman (head) suffered a concussion against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday, Nov. 21. Prior to the injury, Tillman caught two passes (on four targets) for 28 yards. He also lost a fumble.
