Denver Broncos LB Dre Greenlaw (quad) appears to avoid avoided serious injury, according to KOA 850 AM & 94.1 FM’s Benjamin Allbright on Sunday, April 27. NBC Bay Area’s Jennifer Lee Chan initially reported Greenlaw tore a quadriceps muscle and would miss a substantial portion of the season, but a source close to Greenlaw told Allbright the injury is only a strain and won’t affect the linebacker’s regular-season availability.
