Denver Broncos CB Kris Abrams-Draine ‘was probably the rookie that we felt was the furthest behind after OTAs and (last) summer,’ but proved quickly that ‘(the NFL) wasn’t too big for him,’ according to general manager George Paton.
‘You saw that when we played the (Los Angeles) Chargers on Thursday night, and it wasn’t too big for him. He started making plays. He has unique cover skills, really good instincts, and he doesn’t get fazed. We’re really encouraged with him,’ Paton told reporters in March.
