Buffalo Bills DBs Cole Bishop and Damar Hamlin will likely compete for the starting safety spot opposite S Taylor Rapp, according to The Athletic’s Joe Buscaglia, with Bishop, a second-round pick last year, having the ‘inside track’ on the job over Hamlin, who was re-signed to a one-year deal back in March.
