The Cincinnati Bengals agreed to terms with second-round draft pick LB Demetrius Knight Jr. on a four-year contract Saturday, July 19, according to multiple sources. Although financial terms were not disclosed, nearly 80 percent of his deal will be fully guaranteed at signing.
