Chicago Bears DL Andrew Billings (illness), WR Luther Burden III (ankle), WR Rome Odunze (foot), and LB Amen Ogbongbemiga (hamstring) did not practice on Tuesday, Dec. 16. LB Tremaine Edmunds (groin), RB Travis Homer (ankle), and TE Cole Kmet (ankle, knee) were limited in practice. QB Tyson Bagent (illness) practiced in full on Tuesday.
