San Francisco 49ers LB Tatum Bethune (ankle), LB Nick Martin (concussion) and DE Sam Okuayinonu (ankle) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 12, and have been ruled out for Week 15. DE Yetur Gross-Matos (hamstring) was limited during practice but has been ruled out. QB Kurtis Rourke (knee) fully participated in practice but has been ruled out. DT Kevin Givens (non-injury), FB Kyle Juszczyk (ribs), RB Christian McCaffrey (illness), PK Eddy Pineiro (hamstring) and OT Trent Williams (non-injury) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.
