San Francisco 49ers WR Russell Gage Jr. (knee) is believed to have suffered a sprained medial collateral ligament, according to a report by ESPN.com’s Adam Schefter on Thursday, Aug. 21. The injury is expected to sideline him 7 to 10 days, per sources.
