San Francisco 49ers HC Kyle Shanahan reportedly suffered significant injuries in a car accident on July 14, which leave him limited for training camp. Assistant coach Chris Foerster will assume some of Shanahan’s head coaching duties and help lead the team while Shanahan recuperates, according to a source on Saturday, July 25.
