Updating an earlier report, San Francisco 49ers RB Isaac Guerendo (foot) is suspected to have suffered a foot sprain during the team’s Week 14 win over the Chicago Bears. Head coach Kyle Shanahan said that X-rays didn’t show anything, but Guerendo will undergo additional tests on Monday, Dec. 9.
