Former Jacksonville Jaguars assistant general manager Ethan Waugh is expected to return to the San Francisco 49ers in an undisclosed front office role, according to a source. Before his time with the Jaguars, Waugh served as the 49ers’ vice president of player personnel from 2021 to 2022.
