San Francisco 49ers G Dominick Puni (knee) did not practice on Thursday, Aug. 28, but appears to be on track to practice next week, according to The Athletic’s Matt Barrows. Puni was seen running on a side field and had no sleeve on his knee like he did last week. He injured his right posterior cruciate ligament in a preseason game against the Las Veges Raiders on Aug. 16
