49ers | Brock Purdy, Niners to face blustery conditions

San Francisco 49ers QB Brock Purdy and his offense will face weather conditions which are less than favorable in Week 13 on the road against the Cleveland Browns. Temperatures are forecast to be around 34 degrees with a 25 percent chance of precipitation, but the big concern is winds blowing 23-27 MPH, with occasional gusts off of Lake Erie topping gale force.
