Vikings | Team won’t rush J.J. McCarthy

Minnesota Vikings QB J.J. McCarthy has received only a couple of first-team reps during 11-on-11 drills in practice thus far with the vast majority going to QB Sam Darnold. While there’s still a long way to go in training camp, the team will not rush McCarthy’s ascension to the starting lineup, per ESPN’s Kevin Seifert.
