Tennessee Titans OT Taylor Lewan (concussion) and WR Chester Rogers (groin) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 7 against the Kansas City Chiefs. LB Monty Rice (groin) did not practice Friday, Oct. 22, and has also been ruled out. LB Bud Dupree (knee) did not practice Friday but is listed as questionable. WR Julio Jones (hamstring), RB Jeremy McNichols (ankle) and S Amani Hooker (groin) were limited in practice Friday and are also listed as questionable. WR A.J. Brown (illness), PK Randy Bullock (shoulder), DB Chris Jackson (ankle), FB Khari Blasingame (shoulder), OG Rodger Saffold (shoulder) and RB Derrick Henry (rest) practiced in full Friday and have been removed from the injury report.
