Houston Texans WR Keke Coutee (ankle) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 13, and could play in Week 2 after being inactive for the Texans’ season opener. ‘I would say the arrow is trending toward him being able to play, but I think we’re going to have to probably see how today goes and see how he feels,’ Texans coach Bill O’Brien said Friday. ‘We’ve got a ways to go before the game. You guys have seen him. He’s been out there at practice, so we’ll see. The inactives this week, will be interesting.’
