If you tried to subscribe or renew and were declined, your credit card may show multiple pending charges. These pending charges should release and disappear within three days of the attempted transaction(s). If they do not and you were charged multiple times please contact us by creating a support ticket or through our contact form and provide us with details of the issue.

If you believe your subscription expiration is incorrect, please contact us by submitting a support ticket so we can verify your the status of your subscription.

Typically your browser should redirect you to the secure site, but if it does not you can access it by visiting https://www.fantasyguru.com directly. Please note that only the domain fantasyguru.com has SSL/HTTPS support so if you are accessing the site using one of the alternate domains (gurusubscriber.comfootballinjuries.com, fantasyfootballguru.com) SSL/HTTPS will not be available.

Subscriptions are "Season" subscriptions and not 12-month subscriptions and expire February 10 the following calendar year of the NFL season. For example, if you subscribed for the 2017 NFL season, your subscription would expire February 10, 2018. If you subscribed for the 2017-2018 seasons then your subscription will expire February 10, 2019.

It's possible that during the mass migration of accounts, your account was switched to not receive emails from us. Or, you haven't been an active subscriber for a few years and we're designated not to receive emails when the site switched over. Submit a ticket with the issue and we'll be sure to put you on the email list.

There are likely some lingering issues on your end from when our site was previously having trouble (maintenance, crash, etc). While our site is operating fine, your browser might still be feeling prior issues. However, if you restart your browser and clear your cookies/browsing data, that should take care of any problems of that kind.
