Seattle Seahawks RB Tony Jones Jr. was promoted from the practice squad to the active roster on Friday, Jan. 13. To make room, DL Isaiah Mack was waived. The Seahawks also elevated WR Cade Johnson and LB A.J. Johnson from the practice squad for the Wild Card Round.
