Updating earlier reports, Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay indicated he didn’t know whether QB Matthew Stafford (thumb) would miss time after suffering a thumb injury during the team’s Week 8 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Stafford had his thumb wrapped up after injuring it on a two-point conversion, but he was unable to return to the game.
