Las Vegas Raiders RB Josh Jacobs was fined $21,855 by the National Football League for committing unnecessary roughness in Week 10 against the New York Jets. Jacobs had lowered his head on a rushing play during the second quarter of the game and had also been fined for a similar play in Week 9.
