Oakland Raiders WR Antonio Brown would be in breach of contract and won’t get paid if he doesn’t practice or play, according to the NFL policy. The player can’t practice or play in games with equipment that’s not approved by the NOSCAE, which doesn’t certify equipment that’s more than 10 years old.
