New England Patriots OT Marcus Cannon will reportedly sit out the 2020 season due to concern over playing during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to Karen Guregian of the Boston Herald. Cannon – a non-Hodgkins’ lymphoma survivor – is expected to be the third Patriot to opt-out of the season, joining FB Danny Vitale and OG Najee Toran.
