Carolina Panthers TE Ian Thomas agreed to a pay cut Thursday, March 16, reducing his base pay to $3 million and $3.65 million in 2023 and 2023. It created $2.875 million in salary cap space. Thomas got a $1.62 million signing bonus and $2.38 million in salary guarantees over the course of the deal.
