I always love the preseason because I firmly believe that, in many cases, we’re able to get the answers to the upcoming test (the regular season) by paying close attention to every preseason snap and morsel of information coming out of all 32 camps. But in 2018, our ability to get the answers to the regular season test have been hurt by several teams opting out of the usual preseason protocol for playing their starters.
