Seattle expects to run more often in 2017

Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said this week the Seahawks will run the ball more often this season. The team added Eddie Lacy to a backfield that already had a pair of injury-prone players in C.J. Prosise and Thomas Rawls. 'We definitely will. We lost 100-something runs last year. And that was basically the story. That was basically the tale of why everything came about as it did. … With the quarterback being a mess and the running back situation, everybody being banged up, we were just unable to find it. So I think we'll come roaring right back at it,' Carroll said.
