Free agency can completely change the outlook of a player. Is his new park an offensive friendly enviornment? Is his lineup going to offer him protection? Will he be placed in the bullpen or allowed to take a shot at the rotation. We will be tracking the player movement all the way up until first pitch so you will know who has signed, where, and for how much with the 2019 MLB Free Agent Player Movement page.

A.J. Ellis 38
Anthony Recker 35
Bobby Wilson 36
Brayan Pena 37
Brian McCann 35 ATL 1-yr, $2M He will replace Kurt Suzuki as the other half of the catching duo with Tyler Flowers. He's not longer much of a mixed league option.
Cameron Rupp 30 SF Minor Lg. It's a minor league deal that becomes $750,000 if he makes the club. Insurance in case Buster Posey's hip ain't right.
Robinson Chirinos 34 HOU 1-yr, $5.75M The 34 year old slugged 18 homers in 360 at-bats last season though he hit just .222 with a massive 140 Ks.
Carlos Corporan 35
Chris Gimenez 36
Chris Herrmann 31 OAK 1-yr, $1M Just a depth signing by the Athletics.
Chris Stewart 37 SD Minor Lg. Solid teammate. Terrible hitter.
Devin Mesoraco 31  NYM Minor Lg.  Back to the Mets after no one was apparently interested in him as a starter. He will struggle to make the roster.
Drew Butera 35  PHI Minor Lg.    He has hit .201 as a big leaguer, so obviously the 35 year old will just hope to hang on as the Phils' second catcher.
Erik Kratz 39
Hector Sanchez 29
James McCann 28 CWS 1-yr, $2.5M Had a pathetic .581 OPS last season and at this point it doesn't look like the offense will ever develop.
Jarrod Saltalamacchia 34  RET  *
Jeff Mathis 36 TEX 2-yr, $6.5M He's going to stick around the majors for 16 years, despite a .198 career average. Must have a solid glove.
Jonathan Lucroy 33 LAA 1-yr, $3.35M He can make another $4 million in incentives. There's little reason to be believe he's anything other than a bland catcher two in mixed leagues.
Jose Lobaton 34
Josh Thole 32
Kurt Suzuki 35 WAS 2-yr, $10M Over his last 623 at-bats he's gone .276-31-100-83 with a .825 OPS. A strong second catching option.
Martin Maldonado 32  KC  1-yr, $2.5M  With Salvy Perez done for the season, MM was an obvious pivot for the Royals to make.
Matt Wieters 33  STL Minor Lg.  For some unknown reason, he signed with the Cards. Either Molina is hurt worse than we think, or Wieters just torpedoed his value.
Nick Hundley 35  OAK  Minor Lg.   He could see a good deal of work in tandem with Josh Phegley his only real competition.
Rene Rivera 35
Wilson Ramos 31 NYM 2-yr, $19M One of the best hitting catchers in baseball, he's never had 500 ABs in a season though due to injuries.
Yasmani Grandal 30 MIL 1-yr, $18.2M Hit 24 homers with a .815 OPS last season and moves to a good offensive park. Turned down a 4-yr deal from the Mets.
Chris Carter 32
Hanley Ramirez 35 CLE    Limited to less than 200 PAs last season before vanishing with off the field concerns. Who knows with him at this point.
Joe Mauer 36 RET * Did he do enough as a catcher to enter the Hall?
Justin Bour 30 LAA 1-yr, $2.5M Hard to see a daily fit for Bour as he's gone to team with Ohtani/Pujols to play first base and DH.
Lucas Duda 33  MIN Minor Lg.  With C.J. Cron the first sacker, it seems like Duda just didn't want to be a free agent anymore.
Matt Adams 30 WAS 1-yr, $4M He will rejoin the Nats to serve as the backup to Ryan Zimmermann at first base. NL-only play is he.
Matt Davidson 27  TEX  Minor Lg.  He will try to become a two-way player for the Rangers. His bat, as always, is completely hit or miss.
Steven Pearce 36 BOS 1-yr, $6.25M A .901 OPS with the Red Sox, followed by a big post-season, garnered Pearce a nice 1-year deal.
Tommy Joseph 27 KBO 1-yr, $1M He has two 20-homer seasons, though he didn't get a big-league at-bat last season.
Wilmer Flores 27 ARI 1-yr, $4.25M A consistent 15 homer plate who can play all over the field but he's been under 390 ABs the last three years.
Adam Rosales 36  MIN Minor Lg.  He can play all over the field, but he's unlikely to even be on the roster when the team breaks camp.
Asdrubal Cabrera 33 TEX 1-yr, $3.5M He will be tasked with replacing Adrian Beltre at this base for the Rangers and he should be who he always is - solid.
Brandon Phillips 38
Brian Dozier 32 WAS 1-yr, $9M A prime bounceback candidate, he's just a year removed from back-to-back efforts of .268-34-93-104-16.
Cory Spangenberg 27 MIL 1-yr, $1.2M The deal drops to $250K if he's in the minors. He's a solid utility type for a big-league club.
D.J. LeMahieu 30 NYY 2-yr, $24M An odd signing. Torres, Tulo, Gregorius, Andujar sure seem to have the infield filled up.
Daniel Descalso 32 CHC 2-yr, $5M Another play thing for manager Maddon, DD played first 11 times, second 52, third 37 and the OF 5 times last season.
Daniel Murphy 34 COL 2-yr, $24M Start the hype train now! Murphy is expecting to play a lot of first base with the Rockies.
Eric Sogard 33 TOR Minor Lg. Just a guy. Career OPS is under .630. He's organizational depth as they call it.
Gordon Beckham 32 DET Minor Lg. Yes, he's still playing. Yes, he's still not worth worrying about.
Ian Kinsler 37 SD 2-yr, $8M An odd signing given the presence of Luis Urias. Very odd. The aging Kinsler is a passable up the middle option.
Jed Lowrie 35 NYM 2-yr, $20M He will play 1B, 3B and spell Rosario at SS. He's played over 150-games the last two years, shedding the injury label.
Jonathan Schoop 27 MIN 1-yr, $7.5M Last year was messy, but in 2016-17 he averaged 29 homers, 94 RBI and 87 runs scored.
Kelby Tomlinson 28 ARI Minor Lg. He will battle for the last bench spot in the hopes of making the team. Offers nothing in the fantasy game.
Josh Harrison  32  DET  1-yr, $2M  He will play second base, brings decent bat and a little speed. Niko Goodrum loses his starting spot with the signing.
Neil Walker 33 MIA 1-yr, $2.0M He can play first, second, maybe even third or the OF in a pinch. An NL-only addition as a result.
Josh Donaldson 33 ATL 1-yr, $23M He's hoping to stay healthy to get that one big payoff. The last 165 games played: .262-41-101-95 with a .900 OPS.
Adrian Beltre 40 RET * A plaque at Cooperstown awaits.
Andy LaRoche 35
Chase d'Arnaud 31
Chris Nelson 33
Conor Gillaspie 31
Mark Reynolds 35  COL Minor Lg.    An odd spot to sign with Desmond, McMahon and Murphy around. Just organizational depth.
Miguel Gomez 25
Ryan Flaherty 32  CLE Minor Lg.    He's a utility infielder who will do his best to make the squad. He may fail.
Mike Moustakas 33  30  1-yr, $10M  He hit .251-38-95 last season and should be looked at for similar numbers now that he is back with the Brewers.
Trevor Plouffe 30 PHI Minor Lg.  Just not much of a draw anymore.
Yangervis Solarte 31  SF   1-yr, $1.75M  The Giants add a player who can literally play all over the infield, and one who doesn't emberass himself with the lumber.
Adeiny Hechavarria 30  NYM   Minor Lg.  Slick with the glove, but poor with the bat. Should make the club, but only as a backup to A. Rosario.
Alcides Escobar 32  BAL  Minor Lg. It sounds like he will be the starter at shortstop moving Jonathan Villar to second base. AE cannot hit.
Andres Blanco 35
Andrew Romine 33  PHI Minor Lg.    All he can hope for is a bench spot on the impressive Phillies club.
Cliff Pennington 35  OAK Minor Lg.  Great name. The game? Not so much.
Freddy Galvis 29 TOR 1-yr, $5M Does his addition move Lourdes Gurriel to the minors? Durable and a good defender is Glavis.
Jordy Mercer 32 DET 1-yr, $5.25M He's a strong defender who will replace Jose Iglesias. Mercer is an AL-only option.
Jose Iglesias 29  CIN Minor Lg.   Good glove, poor bat. he has no spot with the Reds and was merely signed as a depth option.
Jose Reyes 36      Still wants to play. Will anyone let him?
Manny Machado 26  SD  10-yr, $300M  The new face of the National League. Petco is a much more even ballpark than people think - basically even last year.
Tim Beckham 28 SEA 1-yr, $1.75M He will battle J.P. Crawford for time at shortstop, but figures to be mvoved around the infield a good deal.
Troy Tulowitzki 34 NYY 2-yr, $38M The Yankees will only pay him the minimum, the Jays the rest, as he attempts to fill in for Didi (Tommy John) until Gregorius is ready.
A.J. Pollock 31 LAD 4-yr, $55M A 20/20 threat every year, Pollock last appeared in 115 big league games in 2015. He simply cannot stay on the field, year after year.
Adam Jones 33  ARI  1-yr, $3M  Finally signed with the D'backs, he will play daily and force Ketel Marte into a super sub role.
Andrew McCutchen 32 PHI 3-yr, $50M Not what he once was, but the last three years he's averaged: .263-24-77-86-10 with a .356 OBP. He's still solid.
Austin Jackson 32
Avisail Garcia 27 TB 1-yr, $3.5M Can make another $2.5M in incentives. Has had one epic season, but the rest of his career has been rather ordinary. Still just 27 years old though.
Ben Revere 31  TEX  Minor Lg.   He will look to serve a role as a backup. Still has speed to burn.
Brett Gardner 35 NYY  1-yr, $7.5M There is a chance that he will be the full-time left fielder, but the team is still searching for other potential options.
Billy Hamilton 28 KC 1-yr, $5.25M The last five years he's averaged 53 steals a season, but fell to 34 last year. Could easily return to 50+ this season.
Bryce Harper 26
Cameron Maybin 32  SF  1-yr, $1.75M  Has a bit of power and the obvious speed quotient. He could play daily for SF, that is until he's hurt of course.
Carlos Gomez 33
Carlos Gonzalez 33
Chris Owings 27 KC 1-yr, $3M He can play pretty much everywhere, has a little speed, but a very moderate bat.
Chris Young 35
DErek Dietrich 29 CIN 1-yr, $2M  He will likely move all over the field in a good signing by the Reds. Not great for his fantasy outlook though.
Colby Rasmus 32 RET * He is done and enjoying life.
Curtis Granderson 38  MIA Minor Lg.   Could earn up to $2 million. A model citizen, a great teammate, and he still had a .782 OPS last season as a part time player.
Eric Young Jr. 33 BAL Minor Lg.   Still keeping the dream alive.
Gerardo Parra 31  SF  1-yr, $1.75M  He can play some OF and some 1B. Still can hit, albeit without any ounce of power, and he doesn't run either.
Gregor Blanco 35 NYM Minor Lg.  A solid signing for depth, but merely NL-only fodder at this point.
Hunter Pence 36  TEX Minor Lg.    Hard to envision him not making the team. He's only an AL-only option though at this point of his career.
J.B. Shuck 32
Jason Bourgeois 37
Jon Jay 34 CWS 1-yr, $4M He's likely to get his standard 400 plate appearances leading to moderate production.
Jordan Schafer 32
Jose Bautista 38
Lonnie Chisenhall 30 PIT 1-yr, $2.75M An effective option against righties, and really, he's been pretty good the last three years: .291/.347/.468.
Marwin Gonzalez 30  MIN 2-yr, $21M   He can play all over the infield, and even in the outfield. If Sano is healthy, he's gonna have a tough time playing 4/5 games.
Matt Holliday 39
Matt Joyce 34  CLE Minor Lg.   With that dreadful Indians' outfield, he's likely to make the team as a platoon option.
Matt Szczur 29 ARI Minor Lg.  He will attempt to make the Opening Day roster, but it is likely to be an uphill battle.
Melky Cabrera 34  PIT Minor Lg.   He can still hit with a .280/.335/.420 line last season. Ideally he's a teams fourth OF, but he will cover for Polanco early.
Michael Brantley 32 HOU 2-yr, $32M He played exceedingly well last season after all the injuries. His addition could block youngster like Kyle Tucker.
Mike Baxter 34
Mike McCoy 38
Nick Markakis 35 ATL 1-yr, $6M He went .297-14-93 last season but his effort was front loaded. Just a guy in mixed, but stable.
Peter Bourjos 32 LAA Minor Lg.  The 31 year old has been around for nearly a decade but he was last fantasy relevant in 2011.
Rajai Davis 38 NYM Minor Lg.  Stole 21 bases in a limited role last season. He's stolen that many in 11-of-12 seasons.
Shane Robinson 34 30 Minor Lg.  Didn't get a big-league at-bat last year, and he's just organizational depth at this point.
Robbie Grossman   29  OAK 1-yr   He doesn't do much other than get on base, but he's a solid option against lefties.
Nelson Cruz MIN 1-yr, $14M There's $12M club option as well for the aging slugger who continues to blast homers, at least 37 in 5-straight seasons.
Anibal Sanchez 35 WAS 2-yr, $19M Had a great season last year. Back from the dead really. Won't be asked to do too much behind the big-3.
Bartolo Colon 46      Someone sign this man!
Brandon McCarthy 35 RET *
Brett Anderson 31  OAK 1-yr, $1.5M   Be a lefty, find a job. Back with the A's yet again, he's long passed his fantasy expiration date.
C.C. Sabathia 38 NYY 1-yr, $8M Just four wins short of 250, CC posted a 3.65 ERA and 1.31 WHIP over 29 starts last season and will hope for similar results this season.
Casey Kelly 29 KBO   The former first round pick signed with the LG Twins. He has 85.2 big league innings with a 5.46 ERA.
Charlie Morton 35 TB 2-yr, $30M The perfect Rays signing as all they will want him to do is to pitch five innings each time he takes the hill.
Chris Tillman 31
Clay Buchholz 34  TOR 1-yr, $3M   Was great last year, but won't be again this year. Always hurt. Up and down. Could certainly make the rotation though.
Dallas Keuchel 31      The biggest SP name still on the market.
Drew Pomeranz 30 SF 1-yr, $1.5M He can ear up to $5M on the deal, as the Giants will hope the talented, but oft injured arm can stay healthy.
Edinson Volquez 35 TEX 1-yr, $2M Missed the 2018 season recovering from Tommy John surgery.
Ervin Santana 36 CWS  1-yr, $4.3M   He was terrific in '17 before an injured filled 2018 (finger) that threw his future in doubt. If healthy, he will make the rotation.
Francisco Liriano 35  PIT  1-yr, $1.8M  It seems likely that he will be tasked with relieving, but he seemingly always ends up making starts.
Garrett Richards 31 SD 2-yr, $15M He's likely to miss all of the 2019 season working his way back from Tommy John surgery.
Gio Gonzalez 33  NYY  1-yr, $3M  With Sabathia/Severino opening on the DL, the Yanks bring in the lefty who can eat up innings.
Hisashi Iwakuma 38 JAP   He will return to Japan ending his big league career with a 3.42 ERA and 1.14 WHIP over 888.2 innings.
J.A. Happ 36 NYY 2-yr, $34M One of the more steady left-handed starters in baseball. Happy is good for about a eight strikeouts per nine and 175 innings of work year after year.
Jeremy Hellickson 32  WAS  1-yr, $1.3M  Could earn up to $4 million. He was effective last season (3.45 ERA, 1.07 WHIP), but doesn't have the stuff to replicate those numbers.
Lance Lynn 32 TEX 3-yr, $30M He eats innings, and wasn't that far off last season, but he was off and it's hard to have success in Texas.
Marco Estrada 35 OAK 1-yr, $4M Too many fly balls, but his new park will help a bit. Injuries and dipping strikeout rates won't be helped by his home park.
Matt Harvey 30 LAA 1-yr, $11M He was the definition of league average last year. Moving to face the DH ain't helping that.
Matt Moore 29 DET 1-yr, $2.5M He made 12 starts and 27 relief appearances last season for the Rangers. He was last a functional fantasy option in 2016.
Matt Shoemaker 32 TOR 1-yr, $3.5M Talented but always hurt. Always. Merely a late option in an AL-only league.
Miguel Gonzalez 35
Mike Fiers 33 OAK 2-yr, $14.1M He went 12-8 with a 3.56 ERA and 1.18 WHIP as he walked 37 batters all year. A solid signing, but his production will dip.
Nathan Eovaldi 29 BOS 4-yr, $67.5M Made a successful comeback from 2nd TJ surgery. Will try to throw 155 innings for first time since 2014.
Nick Tepesch 30
Patrick Corbin 30 WAS 6-yr, $140M A massive deal for an innings eater with just one elite season. He will form a formidable threesome with Strasburg & Scherzer.
Ross Detwiler 33
Shelby Miller 28 TEX 1-yr, $2 He can earn up to $5M. He has thornw a total of 38 innings the last two seasons.
Trevor Cahill 31 LAA 1-yr, $9M Was really solid last year with a 1.19 WHIP and 100 Ks in 110 IP, but as always, he's a risk to count on for innings cause of health complications.
Tyson Ross 32 DET 1-yr, $5.75M Threw 149.2 innings, his first 50 effort in three years. He was basically a league average arm with diminished K/9 rate.
Wade Miley 32  HOU 1-yr, $4.5M   He was impressive in limited work last season, but his career suggests, even parts of last season too, to be wary.
Yovani Gallardo 33
Yusei Kikuchi 27 SEA 3-yr, $43M The 3-year deal can become a seven year deal worth up to $109M. He's thought of by many as an SP2/3 type at the big-league level.
A.J. Griffin 31
A.J. Ramos 32
Aaron Loup 31
Adam Loewen 35
Adam Ottavino 33 NYY 3-yr, $27M The Yankees bullpen is epic. Ottavino has no path to saves, but he should continue to dominate in a setup role.
Adam Warren 31
AlexWilson 32  CLE Minor Lg.   A solid middle reliever, he posted a 3.20 ERA and 1.16 WHIP the last four years, without ever dominating.
Andrew Miller 34 STL 2--yr, $25M He struggled last year but from 2014-17 (avg): 6-3, 13 saves, 1.72 ERA, 0.79 WHIP, 14.5 K/9, 6.3 K/BB in 65 IP
Anthony Bass 31
Blake Parker 33 MIN 1-yr, $3M He has 22 saves the last two years, so he might get a shot at some high leverage situations with the Twins.
Blake Wood 33
Brad Brach 33 CHC 1-yr, $4.35M Brach has 30 saves the last two years though his effectiveness has waned a bit. A solid signing, but unlikely to lead to 9th inning work.
Brad Boxberger 30  KC 1-yr, $2.2M   Saved 32 games last year, but had a rough second half and 1.43 WHIP. He will battle with Wily Peralta for 9th inning duties.
Bud Norris 34  TOR 1-yr, $3M   An AL-only play, but could slot in as the setup man ahead of Ken Giles putting him on the watchlist.
Carlos Torres 36
Carter Capps 28
Cesar Jimenez 34
Cesar Ramos 35
Chris Young 40
Cody Allen 30 LAA 1-yr, $8.5M He has 5-straight years of 24 saves, is the heavy favorite in Anaheim, but is coming off a down season with the Indians.
Craig Breslow 38 RET *
Craig Kimbrel 31      Why hasn't he signed yet? Amazing.
Dan Jennings 32  LAA Minor Lg.    He has a career ERA of 2.96 and doesn't make for an awful addition to an AL-only squad.
Daniel Hudson 32  LAA Minor Lg.  There was hope at one point, but now he's just your run of the mil middle reliever.
Daniel McCutchen 36
Darin Downs 34
David Phelps 32 TOR 1-yr, $2.5M He missed last season with TJ surgery, and control has always been an issue despite his power arm.
David Robertson 34 PHI 2-yr, $23M Sure seems like he has a shot to take over the closers role considering the uncertainty that the position held last year with the Phils.
Derek Holland 32 SF 1-yr, $7M There's a club option for at least $7.5m. Not elite, but a solid lefty who is coming off his best season in years.
Edward Mujica 35
George Kontos 34  CHC  Minor Lg.  Only made 28 appearances last season. Just a guy at this point.
Greg Holland 33 ARI 1-yr, $3.5M There's a chance he will end up working the ninth inning, though he was pretty bad last year (4.66 ERA, 1.62 WHIP).
Hector Santiago 31 NYM Minor Lg.  Make $2M if he's in the majors. He's a swingman at this point of his career.
Hunter Strickland 30 SEA   A complete bonehead with a live arm. When throwing strikes he can be deadly, but he often loses the strike zone for periods of time.
Jacob Turner 28
Jaime Garcia 32 RET *
Jake Diekman 32  KC 1-yr, $2.25   More than a K per inning last season, but he walks nearly five batters per nine for his career.
James Russell 33
Jeanmar Gomez 31 TEX Minor Lg.  The righty had a 1.56 WHIP and 4.68 ERA last season in just 25 innings. Just an arm.
Jerry Blevins 35  OAK Minor Lg.   It wasn't great last year, but in the recent past he got a whole lotta batters out.
Jesse Chavez 35 TEX 2-yr, $8M One of the more versatile swingmen in baseball, equally adept working out of the pen or in spot starting situations.
Jeurys Familia 29 NYM 3-yr, $30M He returns home, but he will serve as the backup to the man who was the best closer in baseball last season.
Jim Henderson 36
Jim Johnson 36
Joakim Soria 34 OAK 2-yr, $15M The soon to be 35 year old will serve as an excellent bridge to Treinen while being a potential fallback option should he struggle.
Joaquin Benoit 42
Joe Kelly 31 LAD 3-yr, $25M He throws extremely hard, but often with middling results. Last year it was a 4.39 ERA and 1.36 WHIP over 65.2 IP.
John Axford 36  TOR  1-yr, $1.65M  He will serve as a setup man for the Jays a year after he had 50 Ks in 51 innings between the Jays and Dodgers.
Jordan Lyles 28 PIT   There's a chance he will be given a shot to replace the dealt Ivan Nova in the Pirates' rotation.
Jose Torres 35
Josh Tomlin 34  MIL Minor Lg.  He's not good.
Junichi Tazawa 33 CHC Minor Lg.  Makes $800K if he's in the bigs. Arm has slowed a bit, but this is a strong signing by the Cubs given the virtually non-existent cost.
Justin De Fratus 31
Justin Wilson 31 CHC 2-yr, $10M He's nearly punched out 12 per nine the last two years, though the 5+ BB/9 rate has severely dampened his fantasy value.
Kelvin Herrera 29 CWS 2-yr, $18M Health was an issue last year. He will likely begin the year in a setup capacity to Alex Colome, but we shall see.
Logan Ondrusek 34
Lucas Luetge 32
Luis Perez 34
Luke Putkonen 33
Manny Parra 36
Marc Rzepczynski 33  ARI Minor Lg.  You can't spell his name,. and recently he hasn't gotten anyone out.
Matt Belisle 39
Neftali Feliz 31
Nick Hagadone 33
Oliver Perez 37 CLE 1-yr, $2.5M Pretty close to being a specialist at this point. Can still miss bats though.
Pedro Beato 32
Peter Moylan 40
Randall Delgado 29 CWS Minor Lg.  Shoulder issues limited him to just 11.1 innings last season. Will hope for a middle relief spot.
Ryan Madson 38      Word is that he might not pitch this season.
Ryan Perry 32
Santiago Casilla 38
Sean Burnett 36
Sergio Romo 36  MIA 1-yr, $2.5M   He figures to slide in as a setup man in front of Steckenrider, but he cannot be ruled out of 9th inning work.
Shawn Kelley 35 TEX 1-yr, $2.75M Was solid with the 2.94 ERA and 0.90 WHIP and, as long as healthy, is a solid arm for a setup role.
Shawn Tolleson 31 RET *
Steve Johnson 31
Tom Koehler 32  PIT Minor Lg.    He had shoulder surgery that will likely keep him out of action until the second half. Has never lived up to expectations.
Tom Milone 32
Tony Barnette 35
Tony Sipp 35  WAS  1-yr, $1.25M  A solid LOOGY who dominates lefties.
Tyler Clippard 34  CLE Minor Lg.   He's no longer a 9th inning option, but he can still miss bats and take the ball an awful lot.
Tyler Lyons 31 PIT Minor Lg.  He had a brutal season last year with a 8.64 ERA and a 1.92 WHIP over 16.2 IP.
Zach McAllister 31
Zach Britton 31 NYY 3-yr, $39M Chapman, Betances, Green and Britton. Essentially, Zach replaced David Robertson, but is a left-handed.
