Lions | Saivion Smith to undergo surgery

Detroit Lions CB Saivion Smith (neck) will undergo neck fusion surgery next month. He never sustained a concussion after getting injured in Week 5’s game but said he was unable to move or talk for approximately 20 seconds because the disc had impaired his spine.
