Detroit Lions CB Darius Slay (hamstring) was unable to practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 8 against the New York Giants. DT Mike Daniels (foot) was limited in practice for a second straight day Friday, Oct. 25, while CB Amani Oruwariye (knee) was limited all week; both players have also been ruled out. FB Nick Bawden (foot) and DT Damon Harrison (groin, rest) were both upgraded to a full practice Friday and are listed as questionable. DL Da’Shawn Hand (elbow) and QB Matthew Stafford (hip) participated fully in practice all week and no longer appear on the injury report.
