Detroit Lions LB Jarrad Davis and QB Joshua Dobbs were elevated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Dec. 17. RB Craig Reynolds (knee) was activated from the Reserve/Injured list, and WR Tom Kennedy was waived.
