University of Oregon WR Troy Franklin recently met with the New York Jets, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo. Franklin met with the Buffalo Bills on Thursday, April 12, and has already visited the Cleveland Browns, New York Jets, Carolina Panthers and New England Patriots this spring.
