New York Jets OG Kelechi Osemele (shoulder) has been told by two doctors that he needs season-ending surgery to repair a torn labrum in his shoulder, but the Jets also reportedly have two doctors on record as saying he doesn’t need surgery until after the season. As a result, the Jets have informed Osemele he could face fines or a suspension if he doesn’t practice Saturday, Oct. 19.
