New York Giants S Xavier McKinney (hand) was activated from the Non-Football Injury list, and released WR David Sills as a corresponding move Saturday, Dec. 31. Also, TE Chris Myarick and DB Zyon Gilbert were elevated from the practice squad to the active roster.
