The New York Giants pulled their pre-franchise tag offer to RB Saquon Barkley off the table, general manager Joe Schoen said on Monday, March 27. ‘There’s no outstanding offer right now,’ Schoen said. ‘Once we put the franchise tag on him, we stepped back.
