RB Branden Oliver, RT Joe Barksdale
QB Philip Rivers (concussion) is ACTIVE and is a low-end QB1 option this week. TE Charles Clay (knee) is ACTIVE but is a low-end TE1 option with Nathan Peterman making his first NFL start. Clay, WR Kelvin Benjamin, and WR Zay Jones get small boosts with Matthews out of the lineup.

Rookie RB Jamaal Williams will get the start and is a low-end RB2 with both Montgomery and Jones out of the lineup.
RB Andre Ellington
WR Will Fuller (ribs)
As expected, WR Will Fuller (ribs) is OUT. Over the past two years, DeAndre Hopkins has averaged 13.0 targets per game without Fuller in the lineup (5G sample). In a bit of a surprise, RB Andre Ellington is INACTIVE. It boosts Adrian Peterson's snap expectation a bit. RB Kerwynn Williams will back up Peterson in Houston.
RB Malcolm Brown (knee), RB Justin Davis
T Mike Remmers, S Andrew Sendejo
After missing last week, DE Everson Griffen is ACTIVE for the Vikings.
TE Jordan Reed (hamstring), WR Terrelle Pryor (ankle), WR Spencer Long (knees), WR Brian Quick
S/Slot CB Kenny Vacarro (groin)
As expected, TE Jordan Reed and WR Terrelle Pryor are both INACTIVE. It locks in Jamison Crowder as the 'Skins top wideout with Josh Doctson and Ryan Grant out wide.
WR Allen Hurns (ankle), RT Jermey Parnell (knee), LG Patrick Omameh
WR Bryce Treggs, QB Kevin Hogan
RB Leonard Fournette (ankle) is ACTIVE but Chris Ivory and T.J. Yeldon could cut into his work because he’s not at 100%. The Jags could look to run it a little more with winds expected to be sitting between 20-25 mph. WR Dede Westbrook (core) was activated from the IR this week and will play quite a bit immediately with Hurns out. Keelan Cole will also see a boost in playing time next to Marqise Lee. WR Corey Coleman (hand) returns to the lineup and will be the top WR for the Browns in a tough matchup.
OLB Dee Ford (back), OLB Tamba Hali (knee), WR Albert Wilson (hamstring)
WR Sterling Shepard (migraines), CB Eli Apple (coach’s decision), OL Justin Pugh (back), LB BJ Goodson (ankle), LB Kelvin Sheppard (groin)
Shepard was a late addition to the injury report and obviously is sick enough that he can’t play, which boosts up Roger Lewis and Tavarres King if you’re really desperate for someone to fill out your lineup, with Travis Rudolph expected to play in the slot. It’s also an upgrade for TE Evan Engram. Just keep in mind wind is expected to be a big issue during this game. Giant DT Snacks Harrison (ankle) is ACTIVE, which is good news for their run defense. Giant OL Chad Wheeler will start for Pugh, CB Ross Cockrell will start for Apple, and LB Calvin Munson will start at MLB.
QB Jameis Winston (shoulder), CB Vernon Hargreaves (hamstring), DL Will Gholston (neck).
None of note.
QB Ryan Fitzpatrick will continue to start for Tampa Bay. Dolphin WR Kenny Stills (back) is ACTIVE despite missing multiple practices this week.
