Atlanta Falcons WR Julio Jones (shoulder) is ‘trending upward’ in terms of his availability for Week 14 against the Carolina Panthers, according to head coach Dan Quinn, who added Jones would have had a ‘much better chance’ to play in Week 13 had the game not been on a short week.
