Atlanta Falcons OG Josh Andrews (hand) and DB Kendall Sheffield (undisclosed) were cleared to return to practice Wednesday, Sept. 29, and the Falcons have 21 days to decide if they will add them to the active roster or keep them on the Reserve/Injured list.
