The Atlanta Falcons are in the process of deciding whether to bring back QBs Taylor Heinicke and Desmond Ridder next season or bring in a new quarterback via draft, free agency or trade. Meanwhile, last season’s third-string quarterback, Logan Woodside, is a restricted free agent. Head coach Raheem Morris and offensive coordinator Zac Robinson have said that all options are on the table in the search for a starter and that they are open to considering both pocket passers and more mobile players.
