Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts (shoulder) is expected to be available for the regular-season finale versus the New York Giants Sunday, Jan. 8, according to multiple league sources. However, the amount of playing time he would receive could be heavily influenced by the team’s performance in Week 17 against the New Orleans Saints. If the Eagles beat the Saints, they would lock up the No. 1 seed in the NFC for the postseason and would likely rest Hurts in Week 18 or give him limited snaps. If the Eagles lose to the Saints, Hurts would likely start against the Giants.
